I live in the south were pickled foods are a staple. I’ve always loved pickled eggs and wanted to try some with Bragg’s apple cider vinegar. Most recipes involve boiling the vinegar with spices, peppers, etc but I’m not doing this to preserve benefits of ACV.
-Boil 6-12 eggs -Peel eggs and cover completely with Raw Apple Cider Vinegar in a sanitized glass jar -REFRIGERATE and Wait a few days
I let my eggs sit for 4 days and have to say, these are really good. The outside of the egg will turn light brownish/apple-y color.
