So, it is my birthday at the end of the month and I am seriously bummed about having to abstain from the traditional cake and beer this year. Despite this, I was hoping to make something sweet to celebrate?
I figure I could play around with raw food recipes, using pure stevia powder to replace fruit & syrups as sweeteners, as well as macadamia nuts for cashews. Nut crusts don’t matter much to me in pies, I’m questioning the carbohydrates here (the fat is okay, as I actually need to gain a little weight).
I also have individual parfait glasses and a mini-tartlets pan, just to be sure I don’t go overboard here, as I am also a bit confused about how much stevia is permitted on the diet.
