I have a recipe for a focaccia-style Flax Meal Bread that meets the Candida Diet criteria, But I’m uncertain if it’s ok during the detox phase of the Ultimate Candida Diet. Can anyone help me with this? Is Lisa available to answer? I’d be happy to post the ingredients list and would be happy to share the full recipe in the recipes section of the blog if its appropriate for this phase….
2 cups flax seed meal •1 Tablespoon baking powder •1 teaspoon salt •1-2 Tablespoons stevia (I like to substitute various savory seasonings instead) •5 beaten eggs •1/2 cup water •1/3 cup oil (either coconut or olive oil)
