I’m curious if I should be avoiding perfumes or body sprays, the latter of which has fruity scents.

Has anyone taken this out of their grooming routine because of this concern? Nothing came up when I searched this on the forum.

Anything product that contains additives or chemicals should be removed from your regimen if possible. What all of these items do is to add to the load of toxins which the liver has to deal with during a Candida infestation, and the liver is already being overworked by the aldehyde toxins and ammonia produced by the Candida.

Thanks for the reply. I should have known that what goes on the skin goes into the system.

    Happy New Year!
