Greek yogurt contains 7-11g of sugar typically. Here’s a site to check the amount of sugar per serving for various veggies: http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-peppers-sweet-red-i11821?size_grams=119.0 I believe we don’t recommend peppers because they contain a high sugar count and are considered a “hot/spicy” item. Anything that causes mucous production is not recommended; the mucous can coat/protect the candida allowing nothing to kill it. -RasterAuthor Posts Viewing 2 posts - 1 through 2 (of 2 total)The topic ‘Peppers’ is closed to new replies.
