    Can anyone confirm whether all peppers are OK on the diet, I can’t find it now but I thgought I’d read somewhere that only gree peppers were suitable,

    Check the amount of sugar you eat in vegetables; try to keep it down below 25g a day total sugar if possible. Greek yogurt contains 7-11g of sugar typically.

    I believe we don’t recommend peppers because they contain a high sugar count and are considered a “hot/spicy” item. Anything that causes mucous production is not recommended; the mucous can coat/protect the candida allowing nothing to kill it.
