    Hi,

    I am on day 6 of SIBO diet with medium carbohydrates. I use nature’s way Pepogest (entero coated caps) but I almost do not get die-off from it. On the other hand the berberine is very strong. It seems I bought the wrong peppermint. Anybody bought a good one at iherb?
