I don´t like to eat a lot of vegetables cause I don´t like the taste even with a lot of garlic and whatever. But Peas are so healthy and nutritive that I would like to eat some of them everyday. I know peas have some sugars but is not so bad. What do you think?
They are very high in starch and are in the beans, carrot, potato, squash category as far as off limit and/or problematic food items because of starch content. This will benefit the yeast more than other veggies in comparison.
