I just wanted to check to see if all of my supplements are safe to keep taking, because I’m hitting a wall because of diet mistakes and hopelessness and I’m trying to get back on track.

Here are the other ingredients currently in my supplements:

    vegetable cellulose
    titanium dioxide color
    vegetable magnesium stearate
    cellulose
    stearic acid
    magnesium stearate
    silica and pharmaceutical glaze
    safflower oil
    gelatin
    glycerin
    cholecalciferol
    microcrystalline cellulose
    croscarmellose sodium
    rice flour
    soybean oil
    silicon dioxide
    ascorbic acid
    hydroxypropyl cellulose

If any of these chemicals are best to be avoided, please let me know so I can change products. Thank you.

It’ll be difficult to avoid vegetable cellulose if you’re taking capsules.

Rice flour is normally in probiotics for the benefit of the bacteria; is this the supplement that yours is in?

If you can find all of your supplements without any of the ingredients you named, you should receive an award, so good luck.
