Hey guys! Certainly the overgrowth can’t feed off fermented soy? Examples: tempeh and miso. It’s different when you have straight up soy such as soybeans, or tofu. Both so hard to digest!

    Anyone? Thanks:)

Many Candida sufferers find that they cannot tolerate tempeh or any soy product in the first month or so on a strict Candida diet; I’m speaking of problems in the way of producing Candida symptoms. But after 4 to 8 weeks find that they can tolerate it without problems. This shows that soy products are potentially detrimental to the Candida treatment, otherwise, there would be no intolerance in the beginning.
