i have had constants vaginal thrush for about 3 years now, and i have decided enough is enough and i need it gone asap!.
i have no idea how it started.. but it did, I’m putting it down to my sugary diet. I have tried over the counter medications, both the pills and the depositories – both which showed promising results for about a week but then the thrush came back again. After a while of this i decided to go see the doctor.. she then prescribed me the same medication, and told me to keep taking it until it went away fully.. i continued to take this for 2 months with no result.. as the medication is quite expensive i had to stop and moved onto natural remedies. I started with the yoghurt depositres, then onto the apple cider vinegar douches and then lastly onto the garlic remedy! nothing really worked for me.
Thrush is ruining my life, my sex life and the constant ache and pain in my area is terrible!! always inflamed and red
I’m on the verge of a breakdown now as I’m feeling like theres nothing else to do! although it is great to see that there are tonnes of other women who are suffering from all kinds of candida, i feel this is a great site and am excited to start this diet and rid candida!!!June 12, 2013 at 4:45 am #106126

I remember when I was on birth control pills I had rampant thrush. I stopped taking in 2008 and have hardly had it since.
Could it be The pill?June 14, 2013 at 1:08 pm #106265

This is a part of Candida, some of us can get it to go away only to come back. It can be your diet as well.
