I am one month on the strict diet. At the moment I am going to support my adrenals a bit more, by not actively getting rid of the sibo, so not antifungals or antibiotics. I have seen quite a bit of improvement since on the diet. Will there generally be more improvement the longer you are on the diet, I am not talking about curing it completely, but just general improvement and lowering of the bad bacteria / yeast?

I think most people are likely to see the biggest improvements after the first month, especially if they avoid a major candida die-off reaction. After that, it’s more important to take lots of probiotics and avoid sliding back into bad dietary habits.

It’s great that you’ve seen so much improvement 🙂
