Hi!
Just wanted to ask if anyone had trouble having bowl movements while doing the cleanse??? I thought I would be cleaning everything out, it seems that I am not. Any input would be great!

Hey fellow Oregonian!
I had never been constipated in my life until the cleanse. Drink lots of water, keep detoxing, warm lemon water, etc. and it will go away after a week or so. Just try to do what you can to get those toxins out…as raster says, if you don’t poop, you don’t get them out.
