I have a hard time finding stuff we can eat in this part of the world, but today I found oat bran and sprouts mix. I know oat bran is mentioned as OK but wondering about the sprouts part of the mix.

Can I have this safely on the strict diet or should I wait a little longer?

If I can have it, anyone can give me any ideas on what to do with it?

I can grind it up and mix in when making coconut bread?

What else can I do with it to make my diet little richer?

Thanks in advance for any response!

The sprouts should be fine on the diet.

I don’t see why you couldn’t mix the combination into the coconut recip;e.

I’ve never used these combined, so I’ve never experiment with it, which is what you can do.

I’ve looked at the package again and I think this is just an oat bran. Probably meaning got lost in the translation. I will try it in the coconut bread, I am having trouble making it anyway because I am unable to find real coconut flour but only the one for making cakes.

Thank you so much for your response!
