Hope I am not repeating this question, I tried to find it in old posts but no luck. At which stage in the strict version of diet can we start reintroducing nuts?? Thank you Barbara June 27, 2013 at 4:25 pm #106841 shayfoMember Topics: 18 Replies: 668You should wait until you’re basically symptom-free, to my understanding, and then gradually introduce them. It’s still a good idea to soak and/or roast them. June 27, 2013 at 5:18 pm #106845 rasterParticipant Topics: 104 Replies: 6838I would say stage 2 which is when you are basically symptom free. At this point you should be long over die-off and can start introducing more foods. We follow different stages on the forum: stage 0: cleanse stage 1: long term candida diet stage 2: for when you are symptom free and can tolerate more foods stage 3: basically a healthy non-candida diet -raster June 27, 2013 at 5:22 pm #106848 barbaraMember Topics: 5 Replies: 7Thanks a lot!
