    Directions:
    Dissolve the Stevia Blend or Guar Gum in water & add the oil & vanilla.
    Mix all of the dry ingredients. Mix everything together thoroughly.
    Transfer to a large roasting pan with sides. Bake @ 325 degrees for about 30 minutes–stir occasionally.
    Form into 8 like sized bars.
    Cool & store in air tight container.

    Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cup almonds raw or roasted
    3/4 cup pumpkin seeds raw or roasted
    1/4 cup cashews raw or roasted
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds raw or roasted
    1/2 cup soy nuts roasted
    1/2 Sesame Seeds
    3/4 cup unsweetened shaved coconut
    2 tablespoons sesame oil
    1/4 cup water
    2 tablespoons Guar Gum
    12 tablespoons stevia
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
