    Hi,

What teas are we able to drink that do NOT have antifungal properties? I’m doing a short stint on Florastor (boulardii), so I can’t have anything antifungal, but enjoy a nice glass of tea on cold days.

There isn’t any because all plants are antifungal. I would aim for kombucha as something to drink.

What about licorice, or fennel? Not sure if they’re antifungal, but they’re good for healing the body.

Fennel has mild anti-fungal properties. Licorice is also an antifungal.
