so yesterday i had a very bad day ,bladder pain all day for the 1st time in a month !vulva pain burning to the point where i need ice packs all day down there .and a new itchiness all over my body that lasted all day !
today i have itchy ears and a feeling like they are clogged ?i am also still a bit itchy all over .seriously i spent a good portion of yesterday scratching !
i have not ate anything that bad i did eat a few strawberries but other than that i ate salad with grilld chicken ,oatbran with cinimin and stevia, and a veggiestir fry.
this gotta go ! aweful to be itchy like i cant stand it and i have no idea why bladder pain started in ,i think i need to dedicate myself more and do the strict diet ,i will be home for at least a few months so it will be easier now then when i start working again .
my will power has been so weak i really hope i can do this ! but having new symptoms and my bladder pain returning is certaintly a wake up call !June 8, 2013 at 8:01 pm #105971

I know die off symptoms can evolve as you go but your symptoms sound very intense like the die off I went through during the first week of being on the diet and trying to take antifungals without letting natural die off occur. I had nausea, pains in my liver, kidneys and bladder too.
Right now my die off has evolved into itchy ears, mild head congestion and body aches and sore throat.
I think you hit the nail on the head that you aren’t being strict enough on your diet and your candida is probably going up and down like a wave. Most important thing is consistency even though I know it’s so friggin hard. I too cheat sometimes but never on a big meal. I might eat like a spoonful of pasta or 2 or 3 chips just to remember the taste but I try not to go to the extreme like eating pizza for a dinner cause I know the setback wouldn’t be worth it.
I think if you can stick closer to the diet your symptoms will progress for you in a positive way!June 8, 2013 at 8:30 pm #105972
thanks yeah me 2 ! i was actually feeling alot better for the past month so this hit me hard and out of nowhere ! i guess i still have extreme die off to encounter ugh .for me i think its all or nothing i mean i never made it more than 10 days on the strict diet than id give in a go on a complete binge really bad binging which is something ive never done in the past .i would eat some pretty unhealthy things but not in large quantities .i started the binge eating thinking well honestly i dont think i was thinking ! i just starting eating mad sugar and couldnt stop then feel guilty and start all over !
i eventually started doing a moderate candida diet that allows low sugar fruits ,tomatoes a bit of cheese .unfortunately i dont think ill be able to continue on it though and i probably need a stricter regime .i am gonna go cook a lasagna now and attempt not to eat any ,here i go again wish me luck !June 8, 2013 at 9:27 pm #105976
