Here is a short story from me, still wondering if it’s candida.
Last autumn i was sendt to the hopsital due to a cold.
Got back home with antibiotics in the bag, the doctor gave me a non working medicine
and he started to treat me as a test rabbit(my feeling). 6 months later(end of January) i had
taken 7 rounds with antibiotics and after 1,5 month then he gave me Omeprazol due to that i got some stomach acid in my troath.
To make a long story short, my stomach started to act weird. Diarrhea, constipation, this came after 14 days
I stopped it and started to investigate. I asked my doctor if it could be candida but the aswer was not sure, there was no
way they could check it(they can but they dont want to i guess).
They did blood tests for different kinds and stool sample tests for clostridium and two other diseases, and they where negative. But no candida test at all.
Anyway, i started to get acne in my face(im 37 years so i found that not normal).
White/yellow coated tongue, craving for sugar,a little bit of rectal itching, indigestion, stomach discomfort. Alot of gas, and
excess mucous in my chest/troath and nose, headache and tired among many other symptoms.
I went to do a total of three colon cleans in a clinic, and there they said that they saw some candida/fungus and un digested food.
I did the spit test and the result there was showing candida. And i did a burp test to check stomac acid level, and i did not burp within that time so
the result for me was way to low stomach acid.
Then i went to a woman that works with healing, acupuncture, homeopaty etc. She did some tests with some medications she
had, and some tests with a device connected to a lap top(could be biofeedback, english is not my mother language), and a long
Q/A session. I spendt like 3 hours there and the result she came up with was candida and not enough stomach acid.
The treatment that they offered was Citrocept and one probiotic, i feel a little better but suddenly i feel worse so the treatment is not
going in the right direction i feel.
Does anyone have any ideas on which way to go first, a cleanse or a cure?
Can it be some bacteria or parasitt in combination with candida that causes this.June 24, 2013 at 7:28 pm #106676

Your symptoms are pretty classic for candida overgrowth. Unfortunately the spit test should not be used for diagnosis:
We developed this general plan to get better if you are interested:
If you start to feel worse, then you know it is working because it means that the candida is dying. When it dies, it releases hundreds of toxins that make you feel bad (generally similar to the flu). If you protect your kidneys and liver, this will make you feel better (by detoxing the toxins). If the toxins remain the body, you will feel bad.

That post you showed me gave me a lot of information. However, this link here:
The ANTIFUNGALS-Correct-Doses page, is it any brands that is better than others, or anywhere that you can find everything in one place such as iherb or similar site?June 25, 2013 at 3:06 pm #106707
Found everything at iherb for a nice price, so the package is on it’s way:)
