I live in a rural area, any suggestions as to where I should get coconut flour, coconut oil and buckwheat flour to make the bread. HAIRDRESSER

You can try Amazon – they carry many products used on the candida diet. Also, I don’t know if Whole Foods Market does on line ordering but if you are near a city that has a Whole Foods you can get mostly anything. As for the coconut flour, Bob’s Red Mill Organic is what most of us use. I have also found coconut flour in the “gluten free”section of health food stores. There are many brands of coconut oil.I prefer to stick with an organic cocount oil. I’ve used several brands and currently have been using Trader Joe’s which is the best price for organic coconut oil I’ve found. Nutiva I hear is another good brand but have not tried it myself. As for buckwheat flour, I believe Bob’s makes that too.

I find if I google a how to or where to find…I can find anything. Cocount bread saved my life on this diet. I highly recommend it. Hopes this information helps. Good luck.
