200ml of liquid egg whites 1 full egg 50g of desiccated coconut 25g of coconut flour 2 x teaspoons of chicory coffee 1 x teaspoon of cinnamon 2 x teaspoons of stevia
Blend in a food processor:
Place into cakes trays, or shape into balls on an coconut oiled baking tray. Cook in a 200c pre heated over for 10-12mins.
I found checking them at the 10min mark being the best way. If it is still slightly soft on the top then they are prob done. Then place the cakes in the fridge, or freezer (if you want to eat them sooner). This keeps the moisture & soft centre.
