I was diagnosed with a leaky gut some months ago. I have been struggling a lot with keeping my diet clean, even I know it is crucial for my well being. I created this journal to keep me more motivated and focused to stay away from foods that cause reactions to me.
I will keep the first post short and just recap my very short term goals here:
For the next 3 days, no sugar, gluten wheat processed foods etc
So eat only veggies, eggs, meat chicken fish and drink water bone broth or caffeine free tea.
