Brahmi and gotu kola they are ment to be benefical for memory would it be okay to try them out or is there something else you would recommend
I currently take
1 antifungal 1 probiotic 2 cups of nettle leaf tea 1 vitamin c with zinc 1 milk thistle tablet 1 molybdenum tablet with selenium 2 liters or more of water 1 vit b12 2 cups cammomile tea before bed 1 cup of Pau D Arco tea
