    Hello everyone,

    Im just posting this for people who may not know what to do or eat and also for the experienced people to tell me if Im doing something wrong. I have no reason to believe im doing any wrong because I ve made great progress but I rather spot something now as opposed to later and waste time. Thanks

    FOOD:
    Eggs 4-5 days a week
    Chicken 2 days a week
    Salmon 1-2 days a week
    Sardines 1-2 days a week (If im really hunger)
    Avocados (8-12 small a week)
    Eggplant (cooked with salt, oil)
    Cabbage (lightly cooked with salt, oil, thyme, basil, cayenne pepper)
    Green beans (lightly cooked with salt, oil, thyme, basil, cayenne pepper)
    Brussels Sprouts (lightly cooked with salt, oil, thyme, basil, cayenne pepper)
    Broccoli (lightly cooked with salt, oil, thyme, basil, cayenne pepper)
    Cauliflower (lightly cooked with salt, oil, thyme, basil, cayenne pepper)
    Asparagus (lightly cooked with salt, oil, thyme, basil, cayenne pepper)
    Kale (lightly cooked with salt, oil, thyme, basil, cayenne pepper)
    Spinach (lightly cooked with salt, oil, thyme, basil, cayenne pepper)
    Turnip Greens (lightly cooked with salt, oil, thyme, basil, cayenne pepper)
    Mustard Greens (lightly cooked with salt, oil, thyme, basil, cayenne pepper)

    Buckwheat (only when im going to crack or craving cuz of carbs)
    Oat bran (only when im going to crack or craving cuz of carbs)
    Juice (cucumber, celery, ginger, lemon)

    Seasoning:
    Cayenne pepper (rarely)
    Garlic
    Peppers
    Parsley
    Oregano
    Sea Salt
    Himalayan Salt
    Stevia
    Cinnamon
    Organic Extra Virgin Coconut oil
    Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil
    Thyme
    Basil
    Apple Cider Vinegar

    Supplements:
    Garlic Raw and Pill form (4 gel caps, 2-3 cloves)
    Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (9 tbl.)
    Grapefruit seed Extract (30 drops)
    Oil of Oregano (2 gel caps, 6 drops each)
    Probiotic 200-250 billion 10 strains (renew life or mercola) I rotate these. (5 caps, 50 each)
    Black walnut (4 gel caps)
    Pau D’arco (4 gel caps)
    SF 722 10-15 (soft gel caps)
    Molybdenum (3 tablets)
    Swedish bitters
    Zypan (when I have gas)
    DGL licorice (when I have stomach discomfort)
    Bentonite clay (2 weeks)
    Vitamin C and D3
    Teas: Rarely due to risk of mold
    Peppermint
    Ginger

    I personally think you are taking way too much SF722 and should reduce to 6 per day (2 per meal). I think your overdoing how you are taking.

    Everything else looks OK; I just feel that you shouldn’t worry about carbs that much because both oat bran and buckwheat are prebiotics.

    hey raster,

    I was just following the directions on the SF722 label. Could this cause any harm? Thanks for the response.
