Sorry for the excessive questions guys,
The multi vit I want to buy looks good contains probiotics aswell, its just one of the ingredients confuses me,it says inulin prep(froctuse sugrose )? Does this mean I can’t use it?.June 8, 2013 at 7:53 pm #105969

I would probably avoid anything with fructose in it just to be safe. That stuff is poison. I’m sure it isn’t a lot per pill but when you consider the whole bottle, probably not good.
I’m not sure where you are finding your vitamins but recently I’ve noticed almost 95 percent of the stuff sold in grocery stores and even drug stores aren’t very good and contain a lot of needless filler that are bad for you. Trying to buy a vitamin c pill without sugar in it in a grocery store is impossible.
Your best bet is to probably go to a health food store to buy your supplements or something like GNC. Usually higher quality although more expensive too which sucks I know. It’s why you really want to try to buy supplements you absolutely need first that are listed on the protocol.
And I wouldn’t imagine the probiotic that is combined into a multivitamin is going to be all that great of quality anyways. You ever see those tool sets you can get for 10 dollars and they contain a ton of tools but they are all junk quality?
