I’ve just started the cleanse a few days ago. I’ve pretty much only been eating steamed vegetables on the ok list. Man am I sick of steamed vegetables! But I’ve got the will power so I’ll make it. I also eat raw garlic a couple of times a day with flaxseed oil. I haven’t experienced any discernible symptoms of die off yet and I’m starting to think it’s possible candida might not be my problem after all. When do most people experience die off? Are there some other foods I can eat or other ways to prepare just vegetables that are ok?
Thanks!April 28, 2012 at 4:16 pm #80312

If you take a large doseage of antifungals or probiotics this can cause die-off; sometimes a small or light doseage doesn’t do anything noticeable at all.
I would try out a strong antifungal such as black walnut extract, oregano oil, tea tree oil, grapefruit seed extract, etc to see if you feel any die-off.
There is a possibility you have parasite overgrowth instead and this can be dealt with seperately. You should still experience some die-off though when you kill parasites.

I think it probably depends on the severity of the case. I experienced it within 24 hours and it was at it’s worst on day 3. This was with no molybdneum which I don’t recommend and with no antifungals. Just 3 days straight of veggies only.
