I know millet flour is a test item that’s on the allowed foods list, but what about hulled, whole grain and millet grits?

    Here are some links:

    Are these all OK?

I eat millet grits, along with buckwheat groats, somewhat frequently without any problem (both are halfway decent substitutes for rice). Because I didn’t find the forum until several weeks into the diet, I never knew to test them, so I’ve been eating both since almost day one.

Dunno about the other items mentioned, but my understanding was anything “millet” was okay (as long as it doesn’t prompt a reaction).

I’m thinking it’s probably OK since its millet at the end of the day. Hulled, whole grain or flour shouldn’t make a big difference. In fact, millet bread is the best one I’ve made so far. Actually quite filling.
