I have been diagnosed with having candida and am starting the diet. I love porridge and i know i cant have cows milk with it but can i have rice milk, soy milk, goats milk or what can i have. would really apprechiate it if any one knew, i just dont think i could stand porridge with water!. thank you.
I like my porridge too and have tried it with rice milk which was ok but not too exciting so I tried a mixture of coconut milk and wat er and I much prefer that. I’ve also flavoured it with ginger to give it an antifungal kick. Hope this helps and good luck!
