    7) 2 tbsp. coconut oil melted
    8) 1/2 – 1 tsp. cloves (ground) or vanilla

    10) Spices (optional)

    Directions for cooking it:
    (Total time: 20-25 min)

    1) Mix everything (time 10 min).
    2) Preheat the pot medium to high add 1-2 of coconut/olive oil (I used coconut).
    3) Start cooking the mash “potato” for around 10-15 min. stir the mash every 3-5 minutes until it starts taking a golden color.

    Directions to serve:

    1) Cut some red onions.
    2) Add a butter (almond, tahini, mash avocado, etc.. (I used avocado)) to get the consistency.

*Optional: can add more salt & olive oil.
*Can be stored in covered containers for 5 days.
*With the avocado I recommend to eat it the same day.

    Enjoy it.
