I’ve been doing bits and pieces of anti-candida regime for ages, and laboriously built up my levels of caprylic acid and oregano oil from tiny amounts to start with. Only now am I beginning to see how everything fits together so I’m kind of regrouping and planning to start at the beginning again, using the forum protocol. Not sure whether to stop anti-fungals and probiotics and introduce them at the prescribed time, or to keep them going maybe at a lower level whilst doing the green veg and oatbran bit

There’s no reason to stop anything and start over; just continue as you are now unless the die-off becomes too severe, if that happens, you could lower the dose of antifungals. Be sure not to take the antifungals too close to the probiotic.
