    I just realized that my probiotics contain maltodextrin as one of the “other” ingredients, which I know supposedly feeds candida even more than sugar. Noooo!!

    Should I throw these probiotics away? Is it possible to empty the contents into water and drink them to avoid consuming the casing (which is where I assume the maltodextrin is)?

    I don’t think you need to worry about a tiny amount of maltodextrin in a supplement. It’s more if you’re eating foods that contain large amounts of it.
