    Yogurt cheese I have read many posts lately on the forum on if fresh goat cheese is okay or even cow but it could be iffy. So using greek yogurt with a cheese cloth makes a great homemade fresh cheese alternative, high in protein and minerals.

    Thanks for sharing. The same process cand be made with Milk kefir. Just let it go until the whey is seperate from the curds and strain with a cheese cloth like you mentioned with yogurt.

    I am going to try both and see which one tast better. I will have to add some seasoning im a sure.
