I have intestinal candida overgrowth for many years and it keeps coming back. Are there supplements that would keep candida under control and enable me to eat at least some carbs? I read that people take a small dose of antifungals and around 25 billion CFUs of probiotics each day.
This is not a no carb diet. You need carbs to be healthy and functional. If you take digestive enzymes, SF722, increase stomach acid, reduce inflammation, probiotics, etc. then you should be able to maintain against the yeast and not get worse.
