I’ve only heard great things about this tasty oil. To name a few benefits – its extremely low in omega-6 fatty acid and very high in mono-unsaturated fatty acids. It’s highly shelf-stable and resistant to heat-induced oxidation. It’s full of antioxidants and it tastes delicious too! Would the worry of mold outweigh all the health benefits of macadamia nut oil? I’ve been using it, but sparingly because I’m not sure yet how safe it is on a candida diet.
