    Hey all,

I’m confused about the recommended Lumbrokinase:

According to the book any addition of maltodextrin in supplements should be avoided since it can feed your Candida and has a Glycemic index of 130, which is higher than sugar. The recommended Lumbrokinase contains Maltodextrin as one of the main ingredients. Should I take it anyhow or does the forum know of a better Lumbrokinase supplement?

    Thank you

You can try Boluoke or Allergy Research Group, but they are more expensive.

I don’t think a tiny bit of maltodextrin is going to cause a problem. If it’s in every supplement you take, or in the food you eat, that’s another matter..
