    Is this normal? I stopped eating sugar for a month (felt much better) and I lost 10 pounds (without trying) because I ate high calorie foods too.I am just scared, maybe it’s something else.I am fat and I really want to lose the weight but this is so good to be true.

    Yes, that’s pretty normal. Fat doesn’t make you fat in the same way that sugar does. There’s lots and lots of research about this now. Sugar is one of the main culprits behind obesity, diabetes, etc.
