    I am unsure where to go on this forum for the list of acceptable foods.

    I am on day 122 an dready to start expanding my diet even further than the little foods I have added in already. I belive I am ready.

    Can I drink coconut milk, eat blueberries, eat goji berries?

    I just want to expand my diet. Please send me the link for the list of acceptable foods that I can eat. Thank you.

    After stage 1 you should be ok with eating those items.
