Awwww thanks guys and thanks Lauren… I feel your pain!

Unfortunately, my symptoms did get worse and I ended up passing out a couple of hours ago. Luckily my partner had just come home from work. All I was doing was chopping some garlic!!! I came over very strange and felt really sick then my legs went from under me and I ended up on the kitchen floor. I immediately had some water and had some natural, probiotic yoghurt to try and build me up again. My lovely partner then cooked me a lovely meal of chicken, green beans and asparagus. I’ve had more yoghurt too….I’m now absolutely stuffed!!!

Lauren, I am taking molybdenum – 1 tablet/250mcg a day. I think I may take another actually… I also take milk thistle but on a slightly less regular basis.

I am sorry Rach to hear it got worse. I hate passing out! I fell down yesterday from a dizzy spell when I was bending over to pick something up. I am glad you have a partner to help you out. I can totally relate 🙂 Love ones are so important. You are in my thoughts.

If you’re following your own advice on another post and having colonics, your problem could also be an imbalance of your electrolytes which can cause light-headedness and dizziness, among other symptoms, including fainting. Colonics and enemas are totally unnecessary for a Candida treatment.

You can take three of those Molybdenum pills a day, more if absoultely necessary.

    Able,
Really? I thought colonics would only help because it would remove toxins and even parasites that are imbedded. Are you saying you should not be doing colonics too much or that it is not good at all? Just curious 😀
    Thanks

There are other, safer ways of cleaning the body of toxins and parasites.

When you go to the websites that advertise colonics and read the fine print, you seem to always find the following, “It may be wise to take a probiotic supplement, which will help replenish any bacterial that is lost.”

They post that information for a good reason; colonics will wash the beneficial bacteria from your body as well as any possible parasites. And as I stated previously, they’ll also screw with the electrolytes in your body throwing them off balance.

Research from the Georgetown University School of Medicine, Washington DC: “The Dangers of Colon Cleansing”

Advice given to physicians by the university (quote):

“Advise patients that colon cleansing has no proven benefits and many adverse effects.”
