Please suggest some lab tests for Candida Diagnosis. Please If you can add little description about those tests it would be awesome. You can suggest candida specific test and general test needed for diagnosis.

There are a number of tests that are done by specialists to check if you have yeast overgrowth, mainly done by testing stools. You would need to either see a specialist or you can actually purchase them over the internet. http://www.candidatest.co.uk/

That’s a UK site, so you might need to check if they will ship to India or do a bit of research to find a site that will.

Thanks for reply but I know of that site.
My question is regarding tests which all the major labs can carry out.
Please provide me specific info i.e name and description for tests like candida culture, swab, igg iga igm, etc used in candida diagnosis.
As I am not a specialist and there are so many tests of same names.

    Thanks!!! [/size][/b]

I’m not a specialist either and neither are the people on this forum. Everyone is here for support and advice but these kind of questions need to be directed to a doctor with specialist knowledge in this area.
