Does anyone know if kombucha is alright for those with candida overgrowth? I’ve read articles by those who believe it is fine if not actually helpful. It is a fermented oolong tea that contains yeast (supposedly good kind) and a small amount of cane juice. It sounds like the worst thing someone struggling with candida could drink yet it is said to be loaded with probiotics. I’m just trying to find a way to get more probiotics in my diet and have something I can enjoy (taste-wise)!! Thanks

Cane juice is definitely a no no..It’s going to feed the candida. It’s best to avoid it. Try taking a probiotic like three-lac and have some plain yogurt.
    Good luck!
