Ok i have had major problems for a long time. One of my symptoms is constipation. Taking metamucil provides a gel like coating for my stool so that it slides out easy. If i don’t take it my butt begins to burn very badly and it gets raw or inflammed. I ordered miracle fiber but I am scared that it may not coat my stool like metamucil therefore not really solving my seriously burning butt. It literally brings me to tears and I don’t strain when pooppping, I let it come out naturally. Can Able, raster, or someone offer some advice here please? Was thinking about using psyllium husks instead cause I think it may coat stool like metamucil, anyone know?April 30, 2012 at 5:07 pm #80502

(Assuming you’re not allergic) try to find some Salvia hispanica also called chia seeds in a health food store. Make a gel-like substance by mixing 1/3 cup chia seeds, 2 cups water and stir, wait 5 minutes and stir again. The gel can be stored in your refrigerator; eat 2 heaping tablespoons every morning. If you’ve not had a bowl movement at all by the afternoon of the second day, add two more tablespoons.
Also, are you taking coconut oil yet? If not, start with one teaspoonful and add another one each day following a meal until you have a bowl movement. Are you taking Molybdenum Amino Acid Chelate? I’m asking because the coconut oil will likely cause die-off symptoms.
Please let us know if this works for you.
I’m assuming you’ve read the “Constipation Remedies” post?

Yes I read it. Granted I do get constipated, but my biggest problem right now is the burning butt. I even get my stools broken up using hydro C or milk of mag or whatever and it still burns my butt. Each BM just makes it burn worse and worse. This has always happened to me when I am off metamucil. Yes I am taking organic coconut oil. Taking lots of milk thistle, waiting for my molybdenum to arrive in mail. Hard to tell if i have die off symptoms cause I already feel bad with the constipation. I am just scared I have cancer. But for some reason the damn doctors can’t spot it. I really am alone in this except for you guys helping me, and this ebook that I have been reading. Doctors have done colonoscopies, enodoscopies, stool samplers, blood samples, anal manomitry, and a shit load of other things. If I can just get my bowels moving good and keep my butt hole from burning so bad I think I can heal myself with this diet and supplements. I’ll try what you say with the chia seeds. I can’t wait for my swedish bitters and miracle fiber to arrive in mail. I have a feeling it is going to be helpfulApril 30, 2012 at 6:02 pm #80507

What makes you think you have cancer?April 30, 2012 at 8:20 pm #80513
just a feeling, could be wrong, I’m hoping it is just candida though. Got a crap load of the symptoms and even the doctor is starting to think there is some yeast stuff going on with my tongue all thrush last visit.April 30, 2012 at 9:37 pm #80515

Have you ever been checked for hemorrhoids or do you know much about them? I used to have this symptom(or similar) but I learned it was hemorrhoids and have cured that now.
I have in the past had this “stretch” sensation where the bunghole feels too stretched and this was painful for me. I haven’t had this during my treatment though.
If you take antifungals, this might improve your stools.

Since we are on the gross topic anyway…
I am not constipated and my stools are on the soft side not formed but my anus burns if I have more than one BM in am. First one feels tight and stuff, but doesn’t burn after. Second already burns. I kind of figured it’s candida related. Obviously if I had hemorrhoids wouldn’t they have seen them during colonoscopy? And aren’t hemorrhoids connected to the constipation? I had more of a diarrhea for months and now it’s just better but not completely formed yet.
So can this be candida related? Occasionally I will have an itch during day which doesn’t last long, but morning I would have burning and not always.

Have you considered it might be a sensitivity to a food you are eating? I experienced a similar problem years ago. It brought me to tears, too. I fasted for days just to avoid having to go so I could have relief.
You could try eliminating one food at a time for only a few days to see if the pain goes away before adding it again and trying another food. Make the trial for as long as it takes for the food you ate to vacate your body so you can figure out any cause and effect issues easier.
