is this related? :/
Ever since taking the medication that caused the candida, and the subsequent toxins from the infestation, my menstrual cycle has been all over the place. I’m early, late, spot, etc. From what I’ve read about this, the candida/toxins tap into the estrogen and play with hormones, especially in females. (I’ll update later with a quote from some information I found)
With the drastic change in your diet I think that would play with your hormones. Stay on the diet for a few weeks then try some nettle tea, which contains estrogen. I would start with one cup (or better yet only drink 1/2 a cup for a week). If it doesn’t aggravate your candida, then add the next half cup the following week. If it gives you no problems, then I would drink no more than two cups day. Make sure that it is organic nettle tea. 🙂
It is sweet tasting, so I’m not sure if the body would convert it to sugar, so to use the more experienced board posters’ words, “This is a test item.”
