I have a Hampton Beach Jucier and I made a wonderful jucie. I did not think about this until I went to a health food store that had a cucumber, kale, and celery shake. They also add a shot of coconut oil. The jucier I have is not able to jucie kale but it did wonderful on everything else. It is wonderful because you can add the vegatbles that you can have and it fills you up and gives you nturients in a easy way. Though it does not give you fiber, so you want to make sure you are still eating vegtables with skin or fiber supplments. I think I will be using the juicer as a way to have a snake during the day and still eat my normal meals. You can also add spice afterwards like garlic, ginger, caynnee pepper, or what ever you like. I think it is a great investment!! I wish I would have thought of this earlier. It is super yummy!!!!! As so easy!!!!!! <3
Lots of love,

I have a juicer at home and have been thinking about trying it out. I am a picky eater and don’t like how most foods taste; so I was thinking juice those veggies as an alternative! The only problem with juicing is that it concentrates the natural sugars found in what you are juicing…you also aren’t producing any natural digestive enzymes from chewing.
