    I have heard of other folks using these on the candida diet. Celeriac being a good substitute for potatoes, you can make fench fries with them.

    but I noticed they were not on the allowed food list here.

    Artichokes are fine, celery root is fine because it is part of the celery plant itself.

    Thanks Raster, but just to clarify Jerusalem artichoke are not actual arichokes they are a species of sunflower.
