    Hey everyone,
    You’ve been so helpful and patient on all the personal questions here, I finally broke down and got a user name so I could get some feedback on my program.

    I’ve worked the Candida Diet twice before and it’s been fine. My outbreaks are my own doing, as I’m not the most mindful eater. When the symptoms flared up this time (weight gain, constipation, skin hives), I turned back to the website and stocked up on my supplements.

    Weirdly, I’m not getting my typical results. I lost about 10 lbs in the first week, but this was without pooping! Skin hives are getting worse, but I expect this in early days, as symptoms usually get worse before getting better. I’m about 2.5 weeks in.

    The constipation thing has really got my attention, since I know that even if the critters are dying, they’re not leaving my body and now have extra stuff to feed upon. I’m wondering where I’ve gone wrong?

    Any guidance would be so appreciated! I feel like I need to restart from scratch.

    Here’s my daily routine (pardon the notes. They’re more for my benefit).
    I haven’t started taking the Lumbrokinase and Grapefruit Seed Extract yet. They arrive tomorrow.

    7:30 AM – BREAKFAST
    2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) in glass of water + 1 glass of water (to flush ACV) — probiotic
    1 capsules Probiotic (85 billion particles)

    1 egg, hard boiled
    1 mug hot water and the juice of 1 lemon (strong candida fighter)

    9:30 AM
    2-3 tablespoons Coconut Oil (strong candida fighter) — anti-fungal
    3 capsules Caprylic Acid (anti-fungal)
    2 capsules, Oil of Oregano (anti-fungal, immune system)
    1 capsules Vitamin C (1000 mg)
    1 capsule NAC (liver, helps die-off symptoms)
    1 capsule Bioflavonoids
    1 capsule Lumbrokinase (enzyme)
    1 capsule Grapefruit Seed Extract (anti-fungal)

    12:00 PM – LUNCH
    1 plate of Kale
    Heavy mist of olive oil (strong candida fighter)
    Heavy sprinkling of Cayenne Pepper (strong candida fighter)
    Chopped red onions (strong candida fighter)
    Caramelized garlic (raw – strong candida fighter)
    Handful of pumpkin seeds (strong candida fighter)
    Handful of sunflower seeds (if I’m super hungry)

    2 tablespoons ACV in glass of water + 1 glass of water (to flush ACV) — probiotic
    1 capsules Probiotic (85 billion particles)

    3:00 PM – MIDDAY
    2 capsules, Oil of Oregano (anti-fungal, immune system)
    1 capsules Vitamin C (1000 mg)
    1 capsule Lumbrokinase (enzyme)

    6:00 PM – DINNER
    2 tablespoons ACV in glass of water + 1 glass of water (to flush ACV) — probiotic
    1 capsule Probiotic (50 – 85 billion particles)
    1 capsule NAC (liver, helps die-off symptoms)

    9:00 PM – BEDTIME
    3 capsules, Caprylic Acid (anti-fungal)
    2 capsules, Oil of Oregano (anti-fungal)
    1 capsules, Vitamin C
    1 capsule Lumbrokinase (enzyme)
    1 capsule Grapefruit Seed Extract (anti-fungal)
