In a pot add the vinegar, olive oil. Begin to simmer. Add in the dry mixture to the simmering oil and vinegar. Reduce heat and slowly add the water mixed with the Guar Gum stirring constantly. Let cool. Put in a bottle or jar. Refrigerate for 2 hours to let the spices release.
