    I would get HMF neuro instead. HMF forte contains more prebiotics than HMF neuro does…this is the main difference between the two of them.

    Yes ive taken the innate 20 billion and I was taking megaflora 20billion 3 caps a day i dont know which one i should take now

    Then yes, switch to the HMF probiotic now, I would take at least 3 a day since it’s only 10 billion.

    After you complete the HMF probiotic, purchase either the Innate or the MegaFlora probiotic again (either one as it doesn’t matter which). This time you need to purchase the 14 strain, 50 billion count and start with one capsule a day, then switch back to the HMF again. For stubborn, long-standing infestations, sometimes as much as 200 billion CFUs a day are necessary.

    As with any dietary supplement, do I need to be aware that probiotic supplements are regulated as foods, not drugs?
