Peas are high in starch like carrots and potatoes and should only be eaten in small amounts. They are also very high in sugar content when compared to other vegetables:

We have a strict forum food list. If you are interested, email able900. Peas, carrots, tomatoes, and fruit will not be on the list.

    thank you guys!!

I’ve taken that at points through my treatment, i’ll be honest with you I feel a lot better when I ditched the protein powders for liquid egg whites & coconut flour, stevia & chicory coffee (sounds horrible, but tastes nice).

Protein shakes are convenient post workout (& absorbed quicker), but your not losing out on that much by not taking them & just eating real food.

Plus I don’t really trust myprotein as a brand, they are ok for things like glutamine, glycine & vit c in bulk, but they put some awful stuff in their supps.
