I’ve taken that at points through my treatment, i’ll be honest with you I feel a lot better when I ditched the protein powders for liquid egg whites & coconut flour, stevia & chicory coffee (sounds horrible, but tastes nice).
Protein shakes are convenient post workout (& absorbed quicker), but your not losing out on that much by not taking them & just eating real food.
Plus I don’t really trust myprotein as a brand, they are ok for things like glutamine, glycine & vit c in bulk, but they put some awful stuff in their supps.
