Is this oat bran good for the diet?
I’m sorry it’s in German. It’s organic, ingredients are only oat bran. It would be much more affordable for me than the Bob’s red mill one.
If this is not a good product, what’s the difference to the one from Bob’s red mill?

Chloë, the links on the website aren’t working… at leat not for me, so I still can’t tell what is in the oatbran. Could you post a list of ingredients for us? In English if you will.

Hi Able, sorry about the website, don’t know how to make it work.
The list of ingredients is short: “organic oat bran”. I figured it should be ok, but since everyone always talks about Bob’s red mill oat bran, I thought that maybe there’s a difference. What do you say?

Do you have DM (drogerie market) market in Switzerland? They carry organic oat bran. It contains only oat bran and nothing else.

we don’t have DM, it’s only in Germany. But the oat bran they sell in the supermarket here is organic too and has no other ingredients, so I think it should be fine (I just had some uncertainty if there is another difference to Bob’s red mill since this brand is often emphasized.)
