My question is im using poppy seed dressing for my salad. It contain -Canola oil, -fresh onions -Vinegar (White,Cider) -Sugar -Water -Poppy seeds -Salt -Mustard flour -Xanthan Gum Only 2g sugar per 15ml
And im eating sardine in can Ingredient -Sardines water -Water -Tomato paste -Soya oil -modified cornstarch -salt -sugar -citric acid -paprika and spiceextractives -xanthan gum -sodium carbonate -polysorbate 80
All sounds OK to me. Canola oil is not as nutritious as olive or coconut oil, obviously. And Xanthan gum can be an irritant to the gut. But the other ingredients have lots of health benefits and there’s no added sugar!
