So that is my menu: Breakfast: 2 eggs, coconut oil, lemon juice. Lunch:1 salmon or chicken breast with salad and some vegetables( Spinach or brocoli or other vegetables) Dinner: 2 or 3 eggs with salad and vegetables and coconut oil. Before bed: 1 advocado 4 garlic cloves.
Is that good or should I increase the food amount???
Do you tolerate dairy? It’s a good source of some vital vitamins and minerals, and Greek yoghurt and kefir are encouraged on the diet.
If you plan to eat that exact menu for a year, I’d say it’s probably not safe, no. Although you’ve listed some nutritious foods, you need to make sure you’re getting your RDA on all nutrients.
